After more than 10 years of working as a teacher and as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Joana Sarria, realized that there was a significant need for more personalized and family-centered services. She believed that every child deserved the chance to reach their full potential and that the key to success was a holistic approach that focused on social skills and meaningful connections.
Driven by her passion and expertise, Joana decided to take a leap of faith and start her own agency. She gathered a team of like-minded professionals who shared her vision and together they founded “Steps Behavioral Analysis.”
